Barbara Tibbetts

Barbara is a former Kindergarten teacher, mother of 3 grown children and the creator and founder of a scavenger hunt series called The LOOK Book, with more than 20 titles. She recently moved to Nantucket year-round after visiting her home on island for many years. Barbara is a Nantucket real estate agent and has been involved in the Nantucket Book Festival since its early years as a local author, donor and volunteer. She has served on NBF's Children's Book Day committee (and has been a sponsor of this event), and at the 2025 Festival Barbara served as our Local Author Coordinator.
