Rachel Lensing

Rachel (Connie Lewis) Lensing is a nationally recognized attorney and retired FedEx Express executive who led all U.S. litigation for the company, including employment, commercial, class action, and government matters. She has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, led legal teams across multiple states, and currently serves as counsel with Bradley in Nashville. A dedicated civic and legal leader, she sits on the Executive Committee of the National Civil Rights Museum and the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Legal Reform, and has received numerous honors for her legal excellence and leadership in diversity and mentorship. She is a longtime supporter of the Book Foundation and Festival.
